I am always looking for a delicious (and easy!) way to feed my family and friends. These are easy to make ahead and freeze for anything from a hangover breakfast to a last minute brunch to a midnight snack.
This is a super delicious Gluten Free Coconut Chicken Recipe that I absolutely adore. Its filling and comforting and definitely warms your belly. It can also be made a day ahead, so it’s great for when you are having company! Cover with foil and refrigerate. Reheat, covered, in a 325F oven for 20 minutes or until warmed through.
