Candycane bark that is. The perfect recipe to mix up after indulging in a few Rum Eggnog’s! But let’s be honest here, what during the Holiday season isn’t thrown together after a few wobbly pops (not around GFYYC headquarters, THAT’S for sure).

Grab your beautiful candy canes:

SMASH EM!

Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler and pour on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper:

Ditto with the white chocolate and pour on top of the half cooled dark chocolate.

Voila, easy as … Not pie!

3c raw unsalted almonds
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon

Heat on the stove and mix. Let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar. A super easy Christmas nibbler at a party!
